Willa Grace Miner, age 4, of Emerson, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Willa was born August 9, 2019, in Elkhorn, Nebraska, the daughter of Justin Miner and Lexis Holmgren. Willa was a girl who was full of life, strong willed, and had a playful spirit. She enjoyed the outdoors, working alongside her dad and grandpa in the shop, and playing in the dirt as she usually had a dirt moustache. Willa loved riding her four-wheeler, swimming, playing softball, wrestling, and Cheer Team. She had a special bond with her dad, and she was "Daddy's Girl". She also savored ice cream and popsicles.

Survivors include her parents: Justin Miner and Lexis Holmgren of Emerson, IA; sisters: Isabelle, Delilah, and Ensleigh Miner of Emerson, IA; grandparents: Denny and Chris Miner of Emerson; Kim Ridge of Red Oak; and Mark and Linda Holmgren of Red Oak, IA; great grandparents: Dick and Sherry Vanatta of Red Oak, IA; and Roy Holmgren of Omaha, NE; uncles and aunts: Jake Miner and wife Molly of Red Oak, IA; Jaimee Franzen and husband Cody of Emerson, IA; Jennie Westover and husband Jed of Red Oak, IA; Kyle Doty and wife Emily of Red Oak, IA; Maddie Watts of Red Oak, IA; Levi Miner of Red Oak, IA; and Dakota Miner of Emerson, IA; many great aunts and uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 5-7 PM Monday, July 1, 2024, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the family.
