Scott Jackson Aughe, age 61, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 28, 2024, at his home. Scott was born September 13, 1963, in Red Oak, Iowa, the son of Clarence and Muriel (Greenwood) Aughe. He graduated from Red Oak High School in 1981 and started farming on the family farm. He farmed for many years but most recently raised cattle. Scott enjoyed fishing and spending time with his cats.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sister: Christinia Palser; and brothers-in-law: Darrel Palser and Daniel Sinnott. Survivors include his siblings: Shirley Sinnott of Omaha, NE; Beverly Dickinson and husband Ron of Council Bluffs, IA; Clarence Aughe, Jr. and wife Ruth of Villisca, IA; and Nathan Aughe and wife Cindi Scanlon of Phoenix, AZ and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A private family interment service will take place at a later date at the Glenwood Cemetery.
