Rusty Foreman, age 53, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. Rusty was born August 18, 1970, in Red Oak, Iowa, the son of Herman and Shirley (Schmidt) Foreman. He was in Red Oak, Iowa, where he attended school. Over the years, Rusty worked for Oakland Foods, D & L, and Red Lion Restaurant before health would not allow him to work any longer. Rusty loved dressing as a clown and doing balloon art as well as cooking. He was a good cook.

Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include his siblings: Rocky Lukehart and wife Tammy; Rodney Lukehart; Reggie Lukehart; Robby Lukehart; Rachel Lukehart and husband Dan; and Rainbow Miner and husband Jason of Red Oak, Iowa; nephews and nieces: Zach Lukehart, Casey Lukehart, Breanna Hotovy and husband Andrew, Jeff Updike, Bruce Lukehart, Jessica Lukehart, Michaela Miner, Mikenzie Miner; and Jason Miner, Jr; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Red Oak Presbyterian Church. Burial will be at a later date in the Evergreen Cemetery. Viewing and visitation with the family will be held from 4-6 PM Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the Red Oak Presbyterian Church. Memorials are suggested to the family.
