Birthplace: Red Oak, Iowa Resided In: Junction City, Kansas Phyllis Osterholm, age 86, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at the Geary Community Hospital in Junction City, Kansas. Phyllis was born January 21, 1927 in Red Oak, Iowa the daughter of Luther and Lera (Wilson) Anderson. She graduated from Red Oak High School. She was united in marriage to Pearl "Bud" Osterholm on July 23, 1948 in Glenwood, Iowa. Phyllis and Bud lived many years in Junction City, Kansas where Phyllis was a homemaker. Bud preceded her in death in 1992. Also preceding her in death were her parents; and brothers: Leroy Anderson and Willard Anderson. Survivors include her sister: Marjorie Gould of Granbury, Texas, many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Graveside memorial services will be held 1:30 PM Friday, July 19, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
