Peggy Ann (Hardy) Morrison, Age 84, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at her residence. Peggy was born February 23, 1940, in Camdenton Missouri, the daughter of W.T. and Corda A. (Thompson) Hardy.

She attended both the Stennett and Red Oak Community Schools, graduating in 1958. Peggy was united in marriage to Leslie Hoselton in March of 1961 in Red Oak, Iowa and two children were born to this union, Pamela Hoselton and Penny Nelson. Peggy was remarried to Bob Morrison in June 1989. Peggy loved her career as a Truck Driver for Lyman Richie Trucking. She was known as the first female truck driver for Lyman Richie Trucking, and she was very proud of this accomplishment, ultimately trucking for 19 years. Peggy, in her retirement, absolutely loved her coffee and comradery from her family and close friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her brother: DeLee Hardy. Survivors include her daughters: Pamela Hoselton of Carter Lake, Iowa, and Penny Nelson of Red Oak, Iowa; Grandchildren: Mike Johnson and wife Nikki of Glenwood Iowa; Jesse Nelson of Red Oak, Iowa; Megan Cornelison of Clarinda, Iowa; Aaron Nelson, of Red Oak, Iowa; and Brother Eugene Hardy of Red Oak, Iowa; Great-Grandchildren Michael Johnson and Scarlett Kimpson Nelson of Red Oak, Iowa; Rylan Nepodal of Glenwood, Iowa; Dylan Reynolds of Stanton, Iowa; Jaxon and Ella Cornelison of Clarinda, Iowa; and Braylen Nelson, Maelynn, and Hailynn Johnson of Winterset Iowa.

There will be no services at this time.
