Pamela June Boland, age 72, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Society. Pam was born July 17, 1949 in Sacramento, California, the daughter of Thomas Bryan and Nadyne Margaret (Yore) Ford. She was raised in Roseville, California and graduated from Roseville High School. She later moved to Texas and eventually moved to Iowa in 1980. While in Red Oak, Pam worked for This-n-That, the Red Oak Eagles Lodge, and did some babysitting. She was a member of the Red Oak Eagles Lodge, served as Past President of the Auxiliary, and was inducted into the Eagles Auxiliary Hall of Fame. Preceding her in death were her parents; daughter: Ranae Boland; and special friend: John McDowall. Survivors include her son: Roy Boland of Whitesboro, TX; sister: Patricia Scanlan of Red Oak, IA; nieces: Lisa Lheureaux and Steve of Red Oak, IA; and Lori Bare of Omaha, NE; and many other relatives and friends. A memorial luncheon and visitation will be held starting at 2 PM Saturday, March 5, 2022, at the Red Oak Eagles Lodge. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
