Birthplace: Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Michelle Dawn Ronfeldt, age 59, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Monday, February 3, 2014 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha after a sudden illness. Michelle was born May 22, 1954 the daughter of Ed and Norma Philpott. She lived most of her life in Red Oak, Iowa. Michelle was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son: Steven Ronfeldt and wife Tammy of Red Oak, Iowa; daughter: Crystal Whaley and husband Brian of Sioux City, Iowa; 8 grandchildren; 2 step-great grandchildren; brothers: Ed Philpott of Atlantic, Iowa; Richard Dozier of Shenandoah, Iowa; and Joe Philpott of Villisca, Iowa; sister: Joan Dickerson of Missouri; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. There will be no services at this time. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
