Birthplace: Red Oak, Iowa Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Michael Albert Cave was born November 13, 1954 in Red Oak, Iowa, the son of Ralph and Roberta (Johnston) Cave. He passed away on Monday morning, June 11, 2007 at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak following a lengthy illness. Michael attended school in Red Oak and graduated from the Red Oak High School. He served in the United States Army in the 1970's. On May 12, 2000 Michael was married to Kelly Moffatt in Red Oak, Iowa. Michael enjoyed fishing, collecting knives, being in the outdoors, but most of all he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Wava Lynn Cave. Survivors include his wife Kelly of Red Oak, Iowa; his children, Michael Cave and his friend Renee Turner, Ian Cave, Emily Kruse, Libby Kruse and Haley Olesen all of Red Oak, Iowa; his mother, Roberta Adams of Red Oak, Iowa; mother and father-in-law, Sharon and Perry Smith of Red Oak, Iowa; father-in-law, Mike Moffatt of Red Oak, Iowa; grandmother, Dorothy Bowman of Red Oak, Iowa, along with many other relatives and friends.
