Birthplace: Red Oak, Iowa Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Lesa Kay Trost, age 53, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Lesa Kay Trost was born February 23, 1956 in Red Oak, Iowa, the daughter of Elmer and Dorothy (Wetterlind) Anderson. She graduated from Red Oak High School in 1974 and attended Southwestern Community College where she received an Associates Degree. She lived in Creston before moving back to Red Oak in 1983. She was a homemaker, loved walking her dogs along the river, and enjoyed antiquing. Preceding her in death were her parents; sister: Janet Spracher; and nephew: Josh Eyre. Survivors include her children: Kristen Gibson and husband Ray of Omaha, Nebraska; Erin Mikeljack and husband Tim of Arvada, Colorado; Kim Trost of Red Oak, Iowa; and Jesse Trost of Arvada, Colorado; grandchildren: Chloe and Parker Gibson of Omaha, Nebraska; and Cassandra Watson of Carroll, Iowa; sister: Shirley Eyre of Council Bluffs, Iowa; nephew: Jason Eyre of Denver, Colorado; uncle: Don Wetterlind and wife Pat of Red Oak, Iowa; aunt: Carolyn McKay of Red Oak, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the family. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
