Kim Delaine Perdue, age 70, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023, at his home after an extended illness. Kim was born April 25, 1953, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the son of Ora and Iona (Palmer) Perdue. He was raised in Griswold, Iowa, where he attended school. After high school, he entered and served in the United States Marine Corps. He then returned home where he farmed for many years with area farmers and drove a truck over the road. He lived most of his life in the Griswold area and currently was living in Red Oak.

Survivors include his granddaughter:  Star Stovall and husband Josh and family; siblings: Toni Bruce, Platt Perdue and wife Donna, and Donna Laverty; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
