Jody Germar Rock, age 81, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023, at the Red Oak Rehab and Care Center. Jody was born December 3, 1941, the daughter of Cal and Mona Allen.

Preceding her in death were her grandmother: Betty McCary; her parents; and her husband: Gene Rock. Survivors include her son: Rick Germar and she so appreciated Missy Bierbaum; grandchildren: Braden and Will Mozingo; Brandi Sands; and Bridget and Jacob Elwood; great granddaughters: Racine Marie, Rozlyn Rose, and Rumor Grace; special friend: Max Gray; and other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Jody's home.

Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
