Birthplace: Council Bluffs, Iowa Resided In: Glenwood, Iowa Jeffrey Howard Jamison, age 49, of Glenwood, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Jeffrey was born September 26, 1968 in Council Bluffs, Iowa the son of Dennis and Kaye (Vanderpool) Jamison. He was raised in Elliott, Iowa and graduated from Griswold Community High School in 1987. He worked construction and was employed by Oakview Construction and Greg Smith Construction for many years. He also built houses. Most recently he was a self-employed Mason. Jeffrey has made Glenwood, Iowa his home for many years. Preceding him in death was his mother: Kaye Jamison. Survivors include his significant other: Sandy Frink of Glenwood, IA; daughter: Tabetha Smith and husband Cory of Elliott, IA; son: Greg Jamison of Pacific Junction, Iowa: grandchildren: Launie, Aleah, Myla, and Maverick Smith of Elliott, IA; father: Dennis Jamison of Lewis, IA; brother: DJ Jamison and wife Andrea of Red Oak, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
