Birthplace: Kansas City, MO Resided In: Red Oak, IA Jeffrey Eugene Foster, age 43, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. Jeffrey was born October 9, 1977 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Arthur and Beverly (Lunsford) Foster. He lived many different places in the Midwest before locating to Red Oak, Iowa in 2014. He received a degree in welding from Iowa Western Community College. He most recently worked at McDonalds in Red Oak. Jeffrey loved fishing and spending time with his kids and nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his mother: Beverly Foster and brother: Scott Foster. Survivors include his father: Arthur Foster; brother: Kyle Foster; children: Joshua Alley and Megan Alley all of Red Oak, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends. There will be no services at this time. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
