Earl Allen Jackson was born February 11, 1924 in Red Oak, Iowa the son of Earl and Margaret Jackson. Earl graduated from Coburg Community High School. He loved his family and especially his friends from childhood. Life was filled with love, laughter, and a lot of work. He had struggled to pass his physical, but was very proud to be accepted to serve in the U.S. Army briefly before he was called home to help with the family farm.
