Birthplace: Red Oak, Iowa Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Christopher H. "Chris" Falk, age 31, of Red Oak, Iowa passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak after an extended illness. Christopher Henning Falk was born December 2, 1974 in Red Oak, Iowa the son of Steve and Pat (Deeming) Falk. The family lived North of Stanton for many years and Chris attended Stanton High School. He moved to Red Oak in 1993. Chris loved doing mechanic work, landscaping, his dog George, and his family. Chris worked for Denny Anderson Landscaping for several years. Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents: Wayne and Catherine Falk and Toby and Estalene Kinzie. Survivors include his parents: Steve and Pat Falk of Red Oak, Iowa; sisters: Tracy Reynolds and husband Russell of Stanton, Iowa; and Cathy Falk of Denver, Colorado; brothers: Curtis Glasgo and wife Tammy of Red Oak, Iowa; Allen Glasgo of Silver City, Iowa; and Steve Falk, Jr. and wife Chris of Essex, Iowa; nieces: Melinda Meek and husband Devin of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Candice Reynolds and special friend Michael Morris of Stanton, Iowa; and Ashley, Courtney, and Megan Glasgo all of Ft. Worth, Texas; nephews: Anthony Rohm of Red Oak, Iowa; and Clayton Falk of Essex, Iowa; 2 step-nieces: Amanda and Nikki Bryant of Essex, Iowa; great nieces: Haley and Arianna Glasgo of Ft. Worth, Texas; great nephews: Sebastian and Damien Meek of Colorado Springs, Colorado; aunts and uncles and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, April 1, 2006 at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel with Pastors Gail and Donna Woods officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery at Nyman, Iowa. Visitation with the family will be held from 7-8 PM Friday, March 31, 2006 at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the Red Oak Fire and Rescue Unit. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
