Birthplace: Red Oak, Iowa Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Cheryl L. Marsden, age 71, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Cheryl was born April 14, 1947 in Red Oak, Iowa the daughter of Raymond Lewis and Mildred Maxine (Cozad) Marsden. She graduated from Red Oak Community High School in 1965 and started work at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company in Omaha, Nebraska. Upon retirement, Cheryl moved back to Red Oak to be near her family. Preceding her in death were her parents. Survivors include her sister: Donna Andrusyk and husband Robert of Sumner, IA; nephew: Ian Andrusyk and wife Julie of Chicago, IL; niece: Jara Hoover and husband Josh of the Bay Area of California; aunts: Peg Fast of Elliott, IA and Margaret Cozad of Red Oak, IA; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside memorial services will be held 10 AM Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the Evergreen Cemetery. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
