Charlene Renee Lasiter, age 53, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, at her home. Charlene was born February 9, 1970, in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Brink Eugene and Moreen (Moyer) Lasiter. The family lived many years in Omaha and moved to Las Vegas when Charlene was in high school. She graduated and attended college. Charlene worked many years for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. She was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting. She moved to Red Oak, Iowa, in 2018.

Preceding her in death was her brother, Jason Lasiter. Survivors include her parents: Brink Eugene and Moreen Lasiter of Red Oak, Iowa; many cousins; and numerous aunts and uncles.

No services will be held at this time.
