Charita Stoneking, age 81, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, at the Red Oak Rehab and Care Center. Charita was born on November 17, 1942. She was raised in the Red Oak area where she lived her whole life. She attended and graduated from Wales Lincoln School. Charita was a secretary for many years working for Thos. D. Murphy Co., Montgomery County Memorial Hospital, and the VA Hospital in Omaha.

Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant son.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 AM Friday, October 11, 2024, at Evergreen Cemetery.
