Birthplace: Mills County, Iowa Resided In: Omaha, Nebraska Callie Genevieve "Jean" Albright, age 69, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center after a sudden illness. Callie Genevieve "Jean" Albright was born March 19, 1937 in Mills County, Iowa the daughter of Acie and Pearl (Gage) McVay. She was raised in the Henderson, Iowa area graduating from Henderson High School in 1954. Genevieve was united in marriage to James Albright in 1973. Over the years, she has lived in Albion, Iowa, Glenwood, Iowa and was currently living in Omaha, Nebraska. Genevieve worked for the University of Nebraska Medical Center and most recently with Max I. Walker Cleaners. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge. Survivors include her friend: Mary Miedl of Omaha, Nebraska; brother: Delbert McVay and wife Connie of Glenwood, Iowa; sister: Bev Duysen and husband Carroll of Emerson, Iowa; nieces and nephews: Mark McVay and wife Nancy of Glenwood, Iowa; Michael McVay and wife Diana of Onawa, Iowa; Matt McVay of Glenwood, Iowa; Mara McVay of Glenwood, Iowa; Teri Svehla and husband Jim of Oak Park, Illinois; and Jon Duysen and wife Wendy of Emerson, Iowa; many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, May 15, 2006 at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel with Pastor Paul Shores officiating. Burial will be in the Farm Creek Cemetery at Henderson, Iowa. Visitation with the family will be held 1 hour prior to the funeral services at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the family. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
