Birthplace: Omaha, Nebraska Resided In: Red Oak, Iowa Beverly Jean Foster, age 68, of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital. Beverly was born June 15, 1951 in Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Harold and Roberta (Brewer) Lunsford. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs and attended Iowa Western Community College in the Nursing Program. Beverly was united in marriage to Art Foster on November 19, 1976 in Kansas City, Missouri. Over the years, Beverly worked as a Med Aid in Council Bluffs, Iowa, South Dakota, and Kansas City, Missouri. She moved to Red Oak, Iowa five years ago. Her hobbies included sewing, doing crafts, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with her grandkids. Preceding her in death were her parents and siblings: Linda Lunsford, Mona Marsh, Terry Lunsford, and Joyce Stilen. Survivors include her husband: Art Foster of Red Oak, IA; children: Scott Foster and significant other, Nichole Nelson; Jeff Foster; and Kyle Foster and significant other, Amanda Kluesner all of Red Oak, IA; 11 grandchildren; siblings: Harold Lunsford of Des Moines, IA; James Lunsford, Cindy Lunsford, and Ron Lunsford and wife Rhonda all of Red Oak, IA; Joan Newton and Roxanna Lee of Council Bluffs, IA; and Kathleen Albright of Sioux City, IA; many nieces and nephews including Sherrie Chapin and husband J.C. of Red Oak, IA; and other relatives and friends. Celebration of life services will be held at a later date. Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with cremation services.
